Keep the lights on
Backup power and the work behind the wall.
Generator changeovers, battery backup and switchboard upgrades — the electrical work that makes an energy system actually resilient. We are a Registered Electrical Contractor, and everything we install is our own work.
Backup
An outage shouldn't take the house down with it.
Out here the power goes off. What matters is what happens next — whether you lose the freezer, the pump and the internet, or whether the house carries on and you find out later.
We set up backup properly: essential circuits identified, a battery configured to hold them, and a generator inlet or automatic changeover behind that if the site warrants it. We prioritise Australian generator suppliers and size to the loads you actually need to keep alive.
- Essential-circuit backup from your battery, configured and tested
- Simple generator inlets in the switchboard for light and power circuits
- Full automatic changeover for more complex or remote sites
- Sizing based on the loads that genuinely have to stay on

The groundwork
Switchboards, supply and making room for what's coming.
Electrifying a house puts load where there wasn't any. Older switchboards often need upgrading before a battery, a charger and a heat pump can all sit alongside each other safely — and it is better to find that out at design stage than halfway through an install.
We assess the existing supply and board as part of quoting, and tell you plainly what has to change.
- Switchboard assessment and upgrades as part of the design, not a surprise variation
- Supply capacity checked against everything you're planning to add
- Metering and network paperwork handled
- Registered Electrical Contractor 22757 — all our own work, certified

Scope
What we do and don't take on.
Backup and changeover
Battery backup circuits, generator inlets and automatic changeover systems.
Switchboard upgrades
Bringing older boards up to carry solar, storage, charging and heat pumps safely.
Supply and metering
Capacity assessments, network applications and metering coordination.
Fault-finding on our systems
If we installed it, we support it — including the electrical side.
Not general electrical
We don't take on powerpoints, downlights, lighting supply or new-build fitouts. Our work is energy systems.
Certified and current
REC 22757, Clean Energy Council certified, with continuing professional development every year.
Also from us
The rest of the energy stack.
