Off-grid region
Off-grid power in the Mallee.
Remote country where a standalone system isn't a lifestyle choice — it's the only option there's ever been.
The country
What the Mallee asks of a system.
From Ouyen and Sea Lake up towards Mildura and Swan Hill, this is the most remote work we take on. Enormous solar resource, extreme summer heat, dust, and properties that can be hours from the nearest tradesperson.
Everything about the design changes accordingly. Thermal management of the battery bank stops being good practice and becomes the thing the system's life depends on. We build in more headroom, specify equipment rated for the conditions, and set the monitoring up so we can see trouble coming.
- Thermal management of the battery bank treated as a primary design constraint
- Equipment specified for genuine extreme-heat operation, not nominal ratings
- Panel soiling from dust factored into yield expectations and cleaning intervals
- Maximum redundancy — the nearest help is a very long way away

Towns we work in
Across the Mallee.
These are the centres we're regularly in. If your property isn't near one of them, ask anyway — off-grid is the work we'll travel for.
Other regions
Everywhere else we go off-grid.

Off-grid in the Mallee?
Tell us where the property is, what's on it and what you need to run. We'll tell you honestly whether standalone power stacks up, and what it would take.
